Migration to another offer

• This offer can be migrated to the Plus or Intense offer.
• When migrating subscriptions the card does not need to be replaced.
• A migration will trigger an activation a new tariff plan on the existing card(s) of a subscription. This means that from the next day onwards the card will follow all the rules of the new tariff plan as if it were freshly activated.

Volume limitation

• The connection will be cut once the allowed volume limit has been reached for that month.
• A month is defined as a calendar month and starts at the first day of that month. Once this volume limitation has been triggered it is not possible to temporarily increase the available volume for this card.
• If needed the card can always be migrated to another offer, which will reset the volume limitation of this month.
• Once a new month has started, at midnight, the volume available for that month is usable again.

Payment

• The payment is done in advance and valid for 1 Year. The card is active from the moment of activation, till exactly one year later if no further payment has happened.
